September Astrology Forecast and Transits

With a Virgo New Moon bringing an invitation to root down and in, discern and clarify, this month we meet our first Lunar Eclipse in Pisces since 2016 – walking us into a new eclipse cycle and bringing insight into a beginning meeting us January of next year. 

September also holds the Equinox as we shift from Virgo to Libra Season, acting as a meeting point of the year, a gateway to spiral deeper into life and open wider to creation. 

With the numerology of 8, there is deep empowerment awaiting us this month. Self-reclamation opening, becoming more and more available – if we so choose to say yes to it.

With the beginning of our annual Uranus Retrograde on September 1, Pluto Retrograde re-enters Capricorn on the same day – bring deep shifts beneath the surface relating to our sense of authority, freedom, individuality, innovation, security, success and embodiment.

Mercury enters Cancer on September 4, diving deep into our roots, emotions, sensitivities and needs while Mercury shifts into Virgo on September 9 grounding our minds into a space of practicality, organisation, planning and detail.

Libra Season begins on September 22, the same day as the Fall Equinox (Northern Hemisphere) bringing into balance, harmony, beauty and connection while Venus squares Pluto and then enters Scorpio on the same day, welcoming deep intimacy, vulnerability, depth and connection in our partnerships.
