In this ritual we’re going to do a quick meditation to open to the expansive energy of Jupiter, paired with the mentally rich energy of Gemini.
And then, we’re going to go through some questions for you to write out. We will set a timer for each question (included in the recording) for you to answer and write out within 90 seconds. So have the PDF to type or write into, or a journal and pen nearby.
By adding that time limit it allows us to turn off that perfection seeking part of our minds, or that self-questioning part of our minds, and allows things and words to flow without any judgement.
This is a beautiful ritual to explore at the end of any year or major chapter in your life. Though it was recorded for 2021, simply swap the mentioned year (in the recording) to your current time.
