Over the last two months while in Aries, Mars has been encouraging us to initiate, begin new projects, create change, and challenge ourselves in new ways by stepping out of our comfort zones. It was a time of busyness and action, new beginnings, and speed. However, as Mars moves into Taurus, the pace changes entirely.
Taurus as a zodiac is an Earth element. Moving slowly yet building to last. It exists within the physical world – our five senses, money, food, all that our bodies need to safely exist. It also goes beyond existing and moves into thriving – luxury, pleasure, rest, beauty.
As Mars moves from Aries into Taurus, its pace slows down. Our focus moves from short term passion to long term stability, and our sense of motivation moves from quick, fiery, and passion filled into one that is grounded, sustainable, and clear in vision. It asks us to create a sense of long-term security and stability within our inner worth and outer resources and at the same time, a new sense of value is placed around seeing our energy as sacred.
It asks the question:Â How can you value your time, energy, output, and efforts in way that is sustainable as you build a stable and fulfilling life?
This energy reminds us that our life is a continual path. That the journey is where the beauty is. Our fulfilment doesn’t need to be reserved for an outcome. Our fulfilment can be felt with each step.
