With the book (and movie) ‘The Secret’ fresh in my mind, the Law of Attraction and idea of manifesting the life I am dreaming of seems to be all I am thinking about lately. Which to be totally honest, is such a fun and uplifting place to be.
There seems to be a lot of stress and hype around the law of attraction and manifestation these days, and a lot of people are looking for complicated methods of manifestation (which is kind of part of the issue, manifesting is hard if you believe it’s hard), but really it’s a few simple things that will have you living the life of your dreams in no time.
Believe you are successful, think like you are successful and talk/act like you are successful and you will be successful. Believe you are incapable, think like you are incapable and talk/act like you are incapable and you will be incapable.
So, lets believe, think, talk and act like the person who can manifest anything, and lets manifest anything.
BE THAT PERSON
A big part of manifesting your dream life – showing up as the version of you who already has that dream life, who is already receiving the blessings you are seeking. Become that version of you, think like that version of you, create the life that that version of you would have, FEEL you are that version of you, and you will attract the blessings that come with being that version of you and having that life. The universe will bring you what you believe you deserve. Start showing up as that version of you, believe you deserve what you are seeking, and you will receive.
One of my favourite things to do – daydream (aka visualise)! To the point where I feel like my dream is already here, right in front of me. I find this so fun, I write down whatever I am seeking at that point in my life and meditate, either to a guided visualisation meditation (YouTube) or just some calming/meditative music. I sit there and I put myself into scenarios. I feel what it is like travelling to specific countries with the love of my life, I feel the excitement of the new surroundings, I feel grateful to be there. I write about what it feels like to be the me who I am aspiring to be. I visualise, write and daydream about these blessings as if they were already here, feeling with every part of me, creating the world in my mind, and day by day, I feel, and am, closer to being that person and receiving those blessings.
Gratitude brings you to a place of high vibrations, very high vibrations. If you practice gratitude long enough, either through a journal, an app, anything, your mind shifts to a constant state of gratitude, where you are constantly in a high vibrational state ready to soak in the beauty surrounding you. This is 100% necessary if you are looking to manifest anything in your life, because; positive vibrations attract positive vibrations.
Practice gratitude to notice all the beauty and gifts you are already blessed with. Practice gratitude to transform your life into a constant manifestation and materialisation of your desires.
Be grateful for what you have, and the universe will give you more to be grateful for.
One of the biggest blocks we experience when manifesting is the resistance to feeling GOOD. High vibes attract high vibes! ENJOY your life, do more that provides you with happiness, love and fulfilment. Flood your life with enjoyment and not only will your life suddenly feel fuller and more fun, you will also become a magnet for whatever it is you are thinking about.
DON’T GET IN THE WAY
How to get in the way of manifesting your dream life:
Coming from a place of fear and/or stress:
When you are grateful for what you already have, when you are aware of the power you possess, and when you are showing up as the new & Improved version of you – there is no need to be fearful of not reaching where you want to be. You already are that person. Don’t stress, and don’t be fearful. Keep your thoughts clean.
Letting ‘logic’ take over:
Logic is necessary in life, but it is not needed here. When manifesting, let go of logic, become a kid again and dream with no boundaries. Don’t worry about the how, just keep on dreaming and believing.
