The Brand/Company

We are a currently a team of 6 from all across the globe in Australia, USA, Canada, Turkey and Denmark.

Role Description

The company is looking for an OBM/VA on a part time basis to join the existing team of 6.

This role is responsible for managing all social media and email inboxes, ensuring that customers are communicated with clearly & efficiently while feeling heard and appreciated. Other day-to-day activities include; managing the membership of the FB groups and contributing to its growth and interaction, administration tasks, community connection, social media growth support and scheduling, team schedule management, collaboration outreach, and lastly, assisting with the future vision of Girl and Her Moon.

The ideal person is someone who is already involved, either personally or professionally, in the spiritual community with a devotion to soul led work, and has experience in an assistant, customer service, or online management role.

A comfortability and experience with technology,  online programs and various social media platforms is a must. Either an involvement, or a willingness to keep up to date with Social Media algorithm changes and structures would be beneficial. Along with a willingness and keenness to grow platform engagement.

Having familiarity and involvement with Girl and Her Moon’s work would be of benefit but is not essential.

This is a virtual position and although location is not imperative, depending on time zones there would need to be flexibility to ensure an overlap with our team, particularly those based in Australia.

This is not a position that already exists, rather it is being created and moulded as we collaborate and work together each step of the way. Things may change, update, drop off, evolve, from both sides. As you learn our processes and ways of doing things, we will also be learning how to have someone in our team in this capacity, and so flexibility and trust is a must.
