Welcome to February 2025, a month with liberation, purpose, opening, and Soul in the air. A month calling us into personal freedom, the expansion of mind, and cosmic listening.
For there are invitations swirling with the stars and in our hearts this month. Invitations to remember ourselves as conduits for evolution and possibility. Invitations to claim our path and to feel the hands of the Divine guiding us as we dance.
And invitations to free ourselves from any direction, structure, idea, identity, perspective, and pattern that isn’t ours, that keeps us small, that keeps us living a life guided by something other than our own hearts – and witness the magic waiting on the other side.
February 2025 Monthly Horoscope
February opens doors and welcomes more energy into this year. For 2025 began quietly, January slowly took us within and underneath. It is this month that energy begins to move again.
As Aquarius Season pours forth new consciousness and inner liberation, the numerology of February, an 11 month, awakens the energy of the conduit.
With a rare and beautiful lineup of Venus, Neptune, and the North Node coming together in Pisces early February, the forecast of February is space to reconnect with the Divine, and with the Sacred moving through each of us. A space where we are guided to attune to the call of Soul, and the whisper in the winds.
Yet there is fire this month, too. A direction of self-reclamation, of passion, and of owning our truth and inner power. With Venus in Aries and a Leo Full Moon we are taking back our own life force, creativity, and rhythm – choosing to live in our truth, love, and own leadership.
With both Jupiter and Mars stationing direct, by the end of February there will be no planets in retrograde. We are beginning to open. Blooming like a flower finally ready to receive the light of the Sun and become who we are here to be.
March will take us into Retrograde Season, but for this moment – we are invited to enjoy the retrograde free sky. To feel the openness of our own energy and the way inspiration dances through us.
This month, invite yourself to open your mind, body, and heart, to something beyond what is current. To dance in hope and radical thinking. To welcome new perspectives and play with possibility.
And to reach into the freedom that comes with doing things your own way, moving in your own direction, dancing your own dance, and releasing any voice, expectation, or judgement that comes from anywhere but your own truth.
February 2025 Astrology Transits & Forecast
February 1-7: Pisces Stellium: Venus, Neptune & North Node
February begins with nothing short of magic. With a conjunction of Venus and Neptune on February 1st, a conjunction of Venus and the North Node on the 3rd, and a conjunction of Neptune and the North Node on the 7th – these three planetary beings of Venus, Neptune and the North Node weave together themes of inspiration, intuition, destiny, healing, imagination, and love.
The North Node this year and beyond is telling us that Pisces is our key, direction, and doorway into evolution and growth. This first week of February heightens this, it channels forth the evolution on offer and offers immense inner and spiritual growth for all of us.
And it is through surrender that we access all that is on offer. It is through surrender that we access more of our own intuitive knowing of our own direction, path and truth. It is through surrender that we access heightened imagination arriving to offer new visions and guidance. It is through surrender that we step into the slipstream of the ethers so that we may begin harnessing the energy available and intentionally moving, creating and living with it.
Heart healing, healing within relationships, self-worth, abundance, creativity, compassion, intuition and purpose is available this week. As is the deep embodied remembering that we are Sacred, of the Divine, here on purpose.
February 4: Venus enters Aries
Aries is our first sign of the zodiac. It is the birth of spirit into life, the spark that begins it all. Whenever a planet enters Aries, it is entering its rebirth.
As Venus enters Aries this month, she steps into a new life for herself. She is beginning again guided by the passion, intuition, courage, and confidence of this fiery sign. She becomes infused with desire and will, vision and clarity, ready to begin a new journey and trust in her guidance.
Preparing for her retrograde beginning in March, this is a time of bold desires and courageous action. It is a time to turn up the love we hold for ourselves and allow our own self-worth to anchor deeper into our bodies. It is a time to love wholly, dream fiercely, and to then take action towards those dreams.

February 4: Jupiter Direct in Gemini
After four months of backwards spinning, Jupiter finishes its retrograde this month and begins moving forward once again.
We have each been on a journey of reflecting, discerning, and integrating while Jupiter has been retrograde. We have been looking back to understand just how much influence and power our minds have in shaping our realities. We have been reviewing the belief systems alive within our minds – what we believe possible for ourselves, what we are capable of, how life supports us and what our place in this vast world is. We have been cleansing and clarifying what lives within our mental realms, releasing old narratives, shedding old belief systems, and questioning perspectives we have been looking through. And we have been questioning our relationship with hope, and how we let ourselves open to possibility in our lives.
As Jupiter stations direct it is taking us by the hand and inviting us to look forward once again. It is opening the door and asking that we expand the horizon of what we believe possible for ourselves and our futures. And in this, healing our relationship with faith – in ourselves, in life, and in beautiful things happening for us.
We are tapping back into future dreaming and welcoming new visions into our awareness. We are clarifying our direction forward and with the influence of Gemini, we are doing all of this with curiosity, openness, play, and higher wisdom.
Learning, communicating, creation through belief and mind, and the medicine of our own voice becomes more available now.
February 9: Mercury Cazimi in Aquarius
After Jupiter opens our mind, this month’s Mercury Cazimi continues the expansion.
A Cazimi is an Arabic term meaning ‘in the heart of the Sun’. It is when a planet comes into a direct conjunction with the Sun, existing in its heart and centre for the moment.
As Mercury comes into the heart of the Sun while in Aquarius, is becomes infused with the vitality, awakening, inspiration and expansion of the Sun’s energy.
This is a day to open the mind and tap into fresh inspiration. To remember ourselves as a funnel of possibility, a channel of ideas and possibility. It is a day to welcome in different perspectives and receive direct guidance.
Pray to see things a new way, and you will receive a response. Aquarius is here to liberate us from stagnant structures and offer a different, untraversed path. Ask your questions, ask for inspiration, ask for new ideas – and they will arrive.
February 12: Full Moon in Leo
A full Moon of liberation, release, and empowerment. With the Sun in Aquarius and Moon in Leo, this lunation also dances with Uranus – cracking us open so that we may shed the many ways we leave ourselves, hide ourselves, and dismiss ourselves. So that we may free ourselves from what has become too tight, too small, and outdated – rebirthing ourselves anew in the process.
And it is a full Moon reminding us that that all of who we are is on purpose. Asking that we choose to celebrate the profound, loved, and beautiful expression of life that we are: Wanted. Celebrated. Special. Seen. Adored. On purpose.

February 14: Mercury enters Pisces
Joining the beautifully inspired Piscean energy of this month, and the focus on our mind and thinking is the movement of Mercury into Pisces where it will remain until March 3, 2025.
While Mercury rules the mind, communication, learning and mental processing, Pisces is our zodiac of imagination, surrender, intuition, and creativity. A mutable sign, it is malleable and merging, giving us permission to bring an element of fluidity to any rigidity in our thinking or perceiving.
This is a beautiful time for tuning into intuition, widening our scope of imagination, heightening our trust in life and bringing through new creative projects.
Mercury will begin its first retrograde of the year on March 15, beginning in Aries yet swimming back into Pisces – meaning, we will come back this moment and all that Mercury in Pisces is offering us. The steps that we take now will be the foundations laid for our retrograde review, reflection, and wisdom integration.
February 18: Pisces Season
Aquarius Season comes to close and our annual immersion in the dreamy waters of Pisces begins. Our final sign of the zodiac, this is where we are invited to lovingly fall back into the waters of the Divine so that we may cleanse, close, and release all that we will not be taking into our next rebirth – the Astrological New Year marked by the Sun entering Aries.
Pisces Season is a season of heightened intuition, compassion, and flow. It is a season of creativity and the invitation to traverse beyond the bounds of self and beyond the bounds of time and space.
During this season, allow mutability, openness, and fluidity to create space within your identity and sense of self. Let it take you into the realm of energy, divinity, vibration and frequency – where we are reminded that we are all One.
February 23: Mars Direct in Cancer
Retrograde since December 2024, as Mars finishes its retrograde and begins moving forward once again – doors open, energy flows, passion rebirths and action and direction calls our name.
Mars in Astrology is the energy within us that propels us into action. It is passion and drive, motivation and will. It is how we channel our energy into the world, connect with personal power, and go after our desires.
While in retrograde instead of asserting our will, leaping forward or taking action towards desire, our energy was turned inward, our motor slowed down, and we were invited to reconsider the way in which we respect and express our life force throughout our lives.
We were reflecting on the safety we feel in our bodies, and the ways in which we express our energy, make decisions, and take actions, or not, from this inherent need to feel safe in the world – the moments we say yes when we really want to say no, the moments we say no when we really want to say yes. We were reviewing the ways we learned, or not, to stand up for ourselves, express our emotions in a healthy and productive way, honour our own needs, and assert our preferences.
This was a deeply informative time. How did Mars show you where or how you were over-expressing, over-exerting, undervaluing your own energy?
For it is with this insight that we begin moving forward once again, but in a new way. In a way that honours our life force remembering it is our greatest currency. In a way that honours self-assertion when required, and the healthy and productive expression of our emotions – from anger to sadness, inspiration to fear – all of it holds within it the potential for deep healing and guidance forward.
And it is a time to, once again, courageously claim and go after our desires. For we desire on purpose. It is our compass. It shows us where to go.
February 27: New Moon in Pisces
It is a lunation sparkling with divinity and softness, beginning and surrender, purpose and imagination. A new Moon inspiring creativity and dreaming, acceptance and healing, intuition and fluidity.
With no planets retrograde and a beautiful stream of creative energy floating through the ethers, this new Moon invites mutability – the kind of fluidity that allows us to both release and begin, to shift and to open, and to move as freely as water untethered by its past.
