This workshop with Sara holds a nurturing and soft space for deep heart healing, bringing balance back to giving and receiving love in all forms through being with those stories, programming, and fears in a safe and loving way.

We’ve found that most people that are drawn to this work, or to work with Sara, are very good at giving love, but perhaps struggle to receive love in that same capacity.
The intention of this workshop is to bring awareness to any imbalances in the way we give and receive love, to nurture any fears, wounds, programming, or identities that inhibit the free flow of love inward and outward, and to bring the heart into current time – where it is often still operating from a previous time in our lives where we experienced some kind of rejection.
